Critical Issues

Owner evidence includes freezing / lag complaints during longer ownership.
A model-specific iFixit case reports ghost touch, although the device also had a cracked display and therefore does not prove a model-wide defect.
Public evidence is broad enough for caution but not strong enough to establish a Documented Critical Pattern.

Public prevalence cannot be determined.

Final Verdict

The 4G Pro has strong battery, display and camera specifications and many satisfied owners, but the reliability evidence is less clean than a high-8 score would imply. Freeze/lag and touch complaints justify a conservative Good verdict while long-term evidence develops.

Evidence basis: Public-source investigation; not internal long-term testing. Absence of a documented pattern does not prove that no defect exists.
