Practical Use Summary
The A73 is one of Samsung's most complete long-term mid-range designs: stable, light, water-resistant and still highly usable after years of ownership.
The green-line risk prevents an unqualified durability verdict, but it does not erase the model's unusually strong long-term record.
Final Verdict
The Galaxy A73 5G has aged exceptionally well. Stable everyday operation, an excellent 120 Hz AMOLED display, strong battery life, stereo sound, a capable 108 MP OIS camera, microSD and continued Android 16 security updates make it unusually complete even four years after launch.
Main caution: some long-used units develop green or pink display lines. Check the screen carefully when buying used; otherwise, the A73 remains a standout long-term Samsung mid-ranger.

Editor's Note
Few mid-range phones remain this well-rounded after four years. The A73's display-line risk is real, but its long-term usability deserves substantial credit.
